Privileges represent logical actions in PhixFlow e.g. in order to modify a stream in any way, you just need the "Stream Modify" privilege.
Open the Privilege List
Open the Privilege list by opening the section Privileges in the Repository Browser. Double click a Privilege to open up the Privilege form.
Users can not add or remove Privileges but can add Roles associated with the Privilege by dragging and dropping the Roles onto the Role list on this form.
Users can also configure whether the action associated with Privilege should be audited by checking or unchecking the “Audit this Action” checkbox as required.

User Groups
This section has a toolbar with standard buttons and

The grid contains a list of user groups assigned to this role. To add a user group to the list:

Types of Privilege
Privileges apply to modelling objects, application components and administration items, such as users. Privileges have the following types:
View: you can see the item throughout PhixFlow
List: you can see the item in the repository browser. You must also have the view privilege.
Create: you can create a new item.
Modify: you can change an existing item
Delete: you can delete an item.
Finding Privileges
To find privileges, in the repository browser scroll down to the

You cannot add or remove privileges. You can make changes to the settings for a privilege, for example to add roles or to change the Audit this Action option. To change a privilege, double-click on the name to open its settings tab.

If you want to change the Audit This Action option for several privileges, use the detailed list.
- In the repository browser scroll down to the

. PhixFlow opens full list of the privileges with an Audit This Action check box for each.Insert excerpt _detailed_list _detailed_list nopanel true - Click the check boxes to change whether or not audit is selected.
