Tab: Stream Sets
This form is only available when viewing the details of an individual log.

| Stream Name | The name of the stream that was deleted. |
| From Date | The date from which stream sets were deleted. |
| To Date | The date to which stream sets were deleted. |
| Records Deleted | The number of records in the stream set that were deleted. |
| Partial Deletion | Ticked if the deletions were only partial. |
