Creating a SIA Rule
To use a SIA in an action and to add a rule for it:
- Open the Action properties.
- In the toolbar of the Stream Item Action Rules section:
- either click
to create a new SIA rule.Insert excerpt _add _add nopanel true - or click
to open a repository list of streams.Insert excerpt _action_SIA _action_SIA nopanel true
Expand the branch for the stream, then drag its SIA into the action properties → Stream Item Action Rules grid.
Double-click on row of the grid to open the SIA rule properties.

Use the following properties to configure the conditions or rules under which the SIA will run.
This properties tab is not available from the repository. It only opens from the Action properties.

| Order | Specify the order in which this SIA is listed in the action properties → Stream Item Action Rules grid.Order is important because, when evaluating the SIA rule expression, PhixFlow starts with the first SIA in the list. It will run the first SIA that it finds for which the expression evaluates to true. Subsequent SIA will not be evaluated or run PhixFlow evaluates the SIA in order and runs those that evaluate to true in order. |
