We recommend you set questions and answers that you have never used for any other system.The questions and answers are saved to your PhixFlow user account, which can be seen by administrators. Only use questions and answers that you have never used for any other system.. This means administrators can see your questions. Answers appear as a line of dots, so administrators cannot see them. |
Export Password Tab
The options on this tab relate to files that PhixFlow is configured to exportexported configuration zip files.
To ensure data security, PhixFlow always encrypts any files that it exportscan encrypt exported configuration zip files. PhixFlow saves the zip files to a specific the download area . PhixFlow and deletes files them after a time period.
Your administrator sets the:
- download area System Configuration →System Directories → File Download Location
- how long files are available: System Configuration →General Settings → File Download Expiry.
If you download any of these files, you need a password to de-encrypt and open the file.a time; see Configuring the Download Area.

Export Password Not Set | For encrypted files that PhixFlow has saved to the download area,user accounts with an empty Export Password, use this tick box to distinguish between passwords set as blank, or passwords not yet set.

Export Password | Available when you have an export password. This field displays the password you can use to open encrypted files that PhixFlow has saved to the download areaThis field is available when Export Password Not Set is not ticked. Displays dots to represent your default export password. To update your password, enter a new password with at least 6 characters.
When you download an exported configuration, the zip file is encrypted and this password is associated with it. You must specify the same password when you import the file to another PhixFlow instance; see Using the Download Area. |
