User Administration is accessed via a menu item on the Admin menu, or by clicking on the 
Image Removed icon on the left hand side of the PhixFlow application console to bring the Users section of the Full Repository. Expanding the Users section brings up a list of users who are registered in this instance of PhixFlow.
