If you use the same username and password to log in to several different applications, PhixFlow may be using a centralised authentication system. It is also possible that your administrator has configured PhixFlow:

Changing your Password
Depending on your company's password policy, you may need to change your password on a regular basis.
- When you are logged in to PhixFlow, in the header bar, click
(in the top right of the PhixFlow window).Insert excerpt _user_options _user_options nopanel true
- Select Change Password
Enter the following details.
Field Description Select Question When you first accessed PhixFlow, you should have set up some security questions in
.Insert excerpt _user_details _user_details nopanel true Select one of your security questions.
Answer Enter the answer to the selected security question.
Ifr you enter wrong answers several times, PhixFlow may lock your account. Your administrator will be able to unlock it.
New Password Enter your new password. Confirm Password Confirmation your new password.
Resetting Your Password When You Cannot Log In
Step 1 Request a New Password
To reset the password on your PhixFlow user account, click the Reset Password button on the login window.
PhixFlow asks for your login name. Make sure you enter the correct name that you use to log into PhixFlow. PhixFlow will send you an email containing the link to your password reset page.
Step 2 Reset Your Password
As soon as you receive the email, click on the link to go to your password reset page.
