Email template for users to raise support issues.

Send emails using our support email template.

Please follow below attached email template, where you include a short description in the subject line, then indicate the priority of the issue (P1, P2, P3 & P4), followed by detailed information along with screenshots (attachment) of the issue.

Once the ticket is registered, our first-line support desk will assess and confirm ticket priority.
