Overview

PhixFlow is a low-code application development tool. PhixFlow's visual design process means you can use drag-and-drop techniques to easily create everything you need to make a fully-functional application. 

1. Creating an Application: Easily set up new application, setup your application using its properties; see Application Properties.
2. Define Your Data: Set up Entity Relationship Diagrams to Create an application
   Easily create a new application, and configure the settings for the project; see Creating an Application and Application Properties.
3. Define your data
   Create entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) to define the data that backs your application; see Understanding ERDs.
4. Build the Screens: Designing Screens that allow Design screens
   Screens allow application users to interact with your data. Build screens using Simply drag-and-drop templates or define and components to design a screen or customise your own screens using CSS; see Designing Screens.
5. Setup Actionflows: Actionflows control Set up actionflows
   Actionflows control the interactions users can perform with your application and its data; see Understanding Actionflows.
6. Analyse Data: data
   Use analysis models to bulk process large data sets and create integrations with your data sources; see Analysis Models for Batch Processing Data.

Where you may need to add code, PhixFlow provides fields for Expressions and PhixScripts.

Opening

an Application

When you log in, PhixFlow displays the Welcome window and the application menu. Anytime you want to return to the application menu, in the top left corner of the PhixFlow window, click

In the application menu, applications are shown as cards or as a list.

1. Click anywhere in a card or on a list line to open the an application.
2. PhixFlow asks you to confirm. Click Yes to continue to the application's Home window. From  
   From here you can select an aspect of your application on which to work.

You can use PhixFlow to design an application or to use it.

Access Control

Administrators can set up PhixFlow use user groups and priviliges so that application users:
