Micro-Action Rule

To use a SIA micro-action in an action and to add a rule for it:

  1. Open the Action properties.
  2. In the toolbar of the Stream Item Action Rules / Micro-Action section:
    • either click 
      Insert excerpt
      _add
      _add
      nopaneltrue
        to create a new       SIA micro-action rule. 
    • or click 
      Insert excerpt
      _action_SIA
      _action_SIA
      nopaneltrue
       to open a repository list of streams.
      Expand the branch for the stream, then drag its       SIA micro-action into the action properties → Stream Item Action Rules/Micro-action grid.
      Double-click on row of the grid to open the SIA micro-action rule properties.

Use the following properties to configure the conditions or rules under which the SIA micro-action will run. 

This properties tab is not available from the repository. It only opens from the Action properties.

  • select a SIA micro-action name from the drop-down list of all SIAs in the repository.

     to open the repository Streams branch to find a     SIA micro-action and drag it in. This makes it easier to find a SIA micro-action for a specific stream.

Order

Specify the order in which this SIA micro-action is listed in the action properties → Stream Item Action Rules/micro-action grid. PhixFlow evaluates the SIA micro-action in order and runs those that evaluate to true in order.
