This area displays a list of files which are ready to download. Files will appear here when they are completed and remain here until they expire.page is for PhixFlow users who move applications or items between PhixFlow instances.

The download area lists the files that are available to download. Large files may take some time for PhixFlow to generate. Once the file is generated it is listed in the download area for a limited time. PhixFlow automatically deletes files after a configurable expiry time; see Configuring the Download Area. 

To open the download area, In the status bar, click

To download a file double :

• either click on a grid row to select it, then in the

If no password has been set or your password has expired you will be required to enter a password. This may be saved by ticking the save password box and it will then be autofilled for the next download.

• toolbar, click the Image Added Download File icon.
• or double-click on its created date.

To ensure data security, PhixFlow can encrypt the file when you download it. Encrypting a file requires a password.

If you have a valid password preset in your User account, PhixFlow autofills the prompt. At this point you can:

• clear the password (if one has been autofilled) to download the file unencrypted, if your Password Policy permits this
• accept your preset password
• enter a different password.

In the Save Password check box:

• Insert excerpt
  _check_box_untick _check_box_untick nopanel true

   to prevent PhixFlow saving this as your preset password.

• Insert excerpt
  _check_box_ticked _check_box_ticked nopanel true

   to save this as your preset password. This updates the field in your User properties.
  If you do not have a preset password or it has expired, and you would like to autofill the password for the next download, tick this box.

Click
