Overview

If you have loaded data into an ERD and wish want to change the data types of or any of the attributes you will first need to rollback attribute data types, first roll back the data in the table. If you wish to To reimport the data and or import more data you will need to create different data, use an analysis model; see Analysis Models for Batch Processing Data. 

Rolling Back Data in an ERD

Open the Properties

The following instructions explain how to roll back all the data in a table, so that you can change an attribute's data type.

Warning

If you want to clear some but not all data, see Rollback Recordsets for what to do.

Instructions

  1. Open the properties of the table you want to clear.
    From the more menu, click Show StreamSetsFor example, in the ERD, click on the table.
  2. In the table properties toolbar, click 
    Insert excerpt

  3. Select

    . PhixFlow opens a window listing all the recordsets.
  4. Right-click and select Rollback Streamset.Tick on the first run that you want to roll back and select

  5. PhixFlow opens the Rollback window.

  5. Mouse-over the Table, from the hover menu select the Show Inputs button (back arrow).
  6. This adds the File Collector used to import your file into PhixFlow.
  7. Move your mouse over the file collector, from the hover menu select table to display the popup toolbar. Click

  8. PhixFlow adds a
