This page is for administrators. It explains how to configure a login message, which is displayed to all PhixFlow users during login.

PhixFlow has a login message area above the login prompt. You can configure PhixFlow to display a message to users, for example to notify them of system upgrades.

The login message area is a fixed width and height. If your message exceeds the available space, PhixFlow automatically adds vertical scrollbars to the message area.

To configure a login message:

  1. Go to System Configuration → General Settings → Home Screen Message HTML.
  2. Enter the message text.
  3. Use the text formatting buttons to format the text.
  4. Save your changes.

The login message is displayed to the next user who logs into PhixFlow.
