| Username | Name of the User who performed the audited action. |

Tab: Stream Sets
This form is only available when viewing the details of an individual log.

| Stream Name | The name of the Stream that was archived. |
| From Date | The From Date of the Stream Set archived. |
| To Date | The To Date of the Stream Set archived. |
| Records Deleted | The number of records in the stream set that were deleted. |
| Partial Deletion | Ticked if the deletions were only partial. |
