If you use the same user name and password to log in to several different applications, PhixFlow may be using a centralised authentication system. It is also possible that your administrator has configured PhixFlow:

Step 1 Request a New Password

PhixFlow asks for your login name. Make sure you enter the correct name that you use to log into PhixFlow. PhixFlow will send you an email containing the link to your password reset page.
Step 2 Reset Your Password

Enter the following details.

| Select Question | When you first accessed PhixFlow, you should have set up some security questions, using the

| Answer | Enter the answer to the selected security question. Ifr you enter wrong answers several times, PhixFlow may lock your account. Your administrator will be able to unlock it. | ||||||||||||||||
| New Password | Enter your new password. | ||||||||||||||||
| Confirm Password | Confirmation your new password. |
PhixFlow resets your user password and you should now be able to login.
