Check Your Setup
Before starting, log into PhixFlow. In the bottom right, click 
Show Palettes to open the palette tab and look for Theme 1 - App Builder Prebuilt Components
If you do not have the palette, you or your administrator can import it from here, navigating to "Installing Theme Palettes" and following the instructions in the video but adapting it for "Theme 1 Palette".
The Grid Header Style in Theme 1 is called "T1 - Grid and Banner Header Style".
Now you can get started with step 1 - set up an application container.
