Overview

As of Phixflow version 8.3, it's now possible to integrate PDF Creation into File Exporters, removing the need for an external process. The page will tell you how to configure your phixflow system to enable this.

How to  Configure Phixflow for PDF Conversion

  1. The Server where phixflow is installed will also need to have LibreOffice Version 6.4 installed. This can be downloaded from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/
  2. Tomcat will need to have the LibreOffice/program folder on it's classpath. One way to do this is to add it to the system's CLASSPATH environment variable. You can also add it to the common class loader in catalina.properties (part of the Tomcat configuration).
  3. Once both of these have been done, your Excel File Exporters can be configured to convert Excel files to PDF.
