Function: geoBuffer(Geometry value, Double distance)
Computes a buffer area around left geometry using the given distance
If passed a string the geometry functions will automatically convert it into a geometry object.
Syntax
geoBuffer( geometryValue, Distance )

| geometryValue | WTK String or Geometry Object | The geometry the calculation is formed around provided in either data type. |
| Distance | Float | The size of the buffer area to be used. |
Examples
geoBuffer("POLYGON ((30 10, 40 40, 20 40, 10 20, 30 10))", 10)Returns a geometry of the buffer area.
