Use 
Annotations in 
Actionflows and 
Analysis Models to add text boxes directly onto the canvas containing descriptions, guidance and grouping.
Adding Annotations
- Drag and drop from the toolbar onto the canvas to create a new annotation
- Right-click on the annotation and select:
- Edit to access the
Properties - see below 
Delete Annotation to delete the annotation
Copy to create a duplicate annotation
