Function: geoCovers(Geometry left, Geometry right)
Tests whether the left geometry covers the right geometry.
If passed a string the geometry functions will automatically convert it into a geometry object.
Syntax
geoCovers( geometryValueLeft, GeometryValueRight)

| geometryValueLeft | WTK String or Geometry Object | The geometry the calculation is formed around provided in either data type. |
| GeometryValueRight | WTK String or Geometry Object | The geometry the calculation is formed around provided in either data type. |
Examples
geoCovers( "POLYGON ((30 10, 40 40, 20 40, 10 20, 30 10))", "POLYGON ((35 10, 45 45, 15 40, 10 20, 35 10))" )Returns a Boolean true or false depending on whether the left geometry covers the right geometry.
