Deleting an Application

To permanently delete an application

1. From the application selection screen, right-click on the application you wish to delete
2. Select  Permanently Delete
3. A confirmation message opens, click yes to continue
4. The application is removed
5. Now review Data Retention below

Data Retention

When an application is deleted its data is retained in accordance with the policy setup in PhixFlow for deleting orphaned tables which stipulate how many date the data should be held before deleting it. 

 To see how long a deleted application's data will be retained:

1. Open the  Administration option and select System → Configuration
2. Scroll down to the Advanced section and expand it
3. Scroll down to Delete Orphaned Table after Days
4. The value, in days, determines how long the data will be retained before being permanently deleted.
   1. If you reimport the delete application before this time the data will show in the imported application.
