Download Data Options Window
Field | Description |
---|---|
Items to Download | Select an option:
Be aware of how many records will be downloaded if you choose to export all (or all filtered) items. In some cases, tables contain millions of records. Downloading many records can take a long time. Please be sure that you want to do this before proceeding. |
Maximum Records Per File | If Items to Download is Export All Items, and there are many records, optionally specify the number of records to export to a file. PhixFlow splits the records into several files and zips them together ready for downloading. PhixFlow uses the system maximum to determine the number of records to save to each file if you:
The system maximum is set in System Configuration → System Tuning section → Maximum Records Per Download File. |
Maximum Download Limit | This field is available if there is a limit to the number of records you may export. It is read-only. PhixFlow displays the maximum number of records that you can download. If you select more records than the limit, the extra records will be ignored. The limit is set for all sources of data in System Configuration → System Tuning → Default Download File Limit. You can override this limit, either to reduce or increase it, for specific tables. Use the properties in the Table properties → Download Limits section. |
Use Excel Template | The field is available for table data, where the backing view has a template configured. Specify whether PhixFlow should use the Excel template associated with the view. If selected, PhixFlow formats the data using the predefined layout in the Excel spreadsheet. For information about setting up and Excel template, see View. |
