Zendesk Customer login

Zendesk will automatically create a user account with their email domain if the ticket is raised by email support@phixflow.com. The customer will only need to reset the password to gain access to the portal with the email they have raised the ticket.

This guide is for customers who already have an account on the Zendesk Support Centre and desire to view/manage Zendesk tickets on the portal.

 Instructions to reset password

Please follow the below guide to reset your password.

  1. Go to https://phixflow.zendesk.com/

     

  2. Click on Get a password

  3. Enter your company domain email.

  4. The reset password link will be sent to your email with instructions.

  5. Click on the link and enter your new password to get access.
