Types of Privilege
Privileges apply to modelling objects, application components and administration items, such as users. Privileges have the following types:
View: you can see the item throughout PhixFlow
List: you can see the item in the repository browser. You must also have the view privilege.
Create: you can create a new item.
Modify: you can change an existing item
Delete: you can delete an item.
Finding Privileges
To find privileges, in the repository browser scroll down to the Privileges section and expand it.
You may see privilege icons with different colours:
- yellow Privileges indicates actions that require this privilege will not be audited.
- red Privilege indicates actions that require this privilege will be audited.
See Managing Audits, below, for details.
You cannot add or remove privileges. You can make changes to the settings for a privilege, for example to add roles or to change the Audit this Action option. To change a privilege, double-click on the name to open its settings tab.
