Create and open a new model
In the Repository browser, expand Full Repository, then Analysis Models.
- To create a new model, right-click on Analysis Models and select Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for '_add_object'.Analysis Model.
PhixFlow displays a
Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for '_properties_tab'.for a new analysis model. In Basic Settings, set:
Name:Introduction to Modelling
- Click Save to save your changes.
- In the Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for '_properties_tab'.toolbar, clickError rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for '_display_model'.. PhixFlow opens an empty model.
Add objects to your model
The modelling pane is the white area on the left. You can have multiple files open in the modelling pane. When a model is open, PhixFlow displays the model name and its toolbar. Drag model components from the toolbar to add them to your model.
- Click Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for '_add_stream_calculate'., drag it onto the model, then drop it on the modelling pane. You can also drag the icon around.
- When you drop an object into the model, PhixFlow opens a Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for '_properties_tab'.for it on the right.
- In the stream properties → Basic Settings, set:
Name:Practice Stream
- PhixFlow updates the stream icon in your model to display the name

Move objects in your model
To move the stream in the modelling pane:
- Press the left mouse button on the icon and drag it, releasing the button where you want to leave the stream
Any modelling components can be moved in this way.
Save changes to your model
There are two ways to save
Click Save to save your changes.

- Press Save the model layout in the modelling pane menu to save the model layout
- Move the stream you added to a new location
- Without saving, press the Refresh button
- You will see the component return to the position it was in when you saved the model.
