This page provides a table listing support for the third party applications that are required to run PhixFlow at major releases:

  • A web browser (on the client side)
  • A database server
  • An application server
  • Java runtime environment

    Remember to update your database drivers to be compatible with the version of Java that PhixFlow requires.

The table below also mentions any special upgrade instructions that you should be aware of when planning to migrate to a new version. Use the table below to determine if you need to plan  upgrades to other software with your IT department. D indicates a version that is still supported, but is deprecated.

1  From PhixFlow version 8.3.0, Microsoft Edge Chromium is supported instead of IE.

2 We support all versions of Chrome and Firefox released in the 2 years prior to the release date. Should you have any problems with an earlier version than that listed, but within 2 years of the release date, or a later version, please contact the PhixFlow support desk.

3 Adoptium Temurin is the new name for AdoptOpenJDK; see Adoptium - Open source, prebuilt OpenJDK binaries.

4 Oracle 12c is no longer supported by Oracle. Only LTS versions will be supported https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20Database%20Products/742060_1.html
