Separate multiple names with a semi-colon. Spaces are taken to be part of the group name.

External Login Groups Evaluated(Read only) The name names of the Active Directory User Group External Login Groups with this PhixFlow instance name filled in where {instance} has been used.
Users

A list of users assigned to this group. Press to bring up the list of users, and drag users into this list to add them to the group.

Only local users can be added to a group in this way. For AD usersExternal Users, user groups are assigned to the user by mapping AD user groups External Login Groups to PhixFlow user groups. See the setting Active Directory Group External Login Groups above.

Roles

A list of the roles assigned to this group. Press to bring up the list of roles, and drag roles into this list to add them to the group.

Streams

A list of the streams assigned to this group. Press  to bring up the list of streams, and drag streams into this list to add them to the group.

If the streams have the flag All Users Can View Data unticked, then access to the data must be given by assigning user groups to the stream, and in turn users to one of those user groups. Dashboards

A list of the dashboards assigned to this group. Press to bring up the list of dashboards, and drag dashboards into this list to add them to the group.

If this is not ticked then any users with the privilege "Administer Users, User Groups and Roles" or "Add and Delete Users from a User Group" can add or remove users from this group.

If this is ticked then to add or remove users from the group requires one of

  • the user has the privilege "Administer Users, User Groups and Roles", or
  • the user has the privilege "Add and Delete Users from a User Group" and the group must be in the user group list in the Access Permission section.
