Forms: User Group
User groups are used to define roles and restrict access to specified streams to a group of usersprocesses and data in PhixFlow.

For each user group the following settings are configured:

Basic Settings | |
Name | The name of the user group. |
Active Directory Group | The name of the Active Directory User Group which will be mapped to this User Group. Use {instance} to include the PhixFlow instance name. |

Users | |
A list of users assigned to this group. Press to bring up the list of users, and drag users into this list to add them to the group. Only local users can be added to a group in this way. For AD users, user groups are assigned to user by mapping AD user groups to PhixFlow user groups. See the setting Active Directory Group above. | |
Roles | |

Form Icons
The form provides the standard form icons as well as the following:
Adds a user to the Group Members list. See the User Details form.
Adds a role to the User Group Roles list. See the Role Details form.
Adds a stream to the User Group Streams list. See the Datasource Instance Details form.
Adds a stream view to the User Group Streams list. See the Stream View Details form.
Adds a dashboard to the User Group Streams list. See the Dashboard Details form.
Adds a Action to the User Group Streams list. See the Stream Action Details form.
