| UID | The file's image or placeholder image. Hover over the image to see the unique identifier. |
| Name |

| Original File Name | The name of the file before it was uploaded to PhixFlow. |
| Mime Type |

| Created DTM | Date The date and time file was uploaded to PhixFlow. |
| Created By | The User who uploaded the file. |
| File Size | File The file size, in KB. |
| Path | The directory where the files are stored, as specified by the File Table Upload Location in the System Configuration. |

| Extension | The file's extension indicating the file type, e.g. png |

| Folder Id | An ID that links files uploaded at the same time, e.g. files uploaded together will have the same Folder Id. |
