Task Plan

Task Plans can be used to run analysis from an action or at a scheduled time(s)

Overview

Use a task plan to run analysis models at a scheduled time or from an action; see Task Plans. There are also additional features which enable you to clear data and perform system tasks from within task plan.

Example

To setup a Task Plan task plan which:

  • Runs every day at 1am.
  • Runs the Analysis Task 1, before Analysis Task 2.
Example

Solution

  1. Create a new Task Plan task plan in your application from within the repository.
  2. Tick Enabled and Scheduled.
  3. Click

  4. Add your tasks, click the ellipses → Add New Item → Select your itemTo add your tasks:

      Add New Item → Select Your Item.
    2. Complete the details and tick Mandatory
    if
    1. , if you want this task to complete before moving onto the next task back in your task plan.
  5. Save your task, and repeat to add any additional tasks. Your Task task plan will look similar to this:

  6. In the Schedule section, complete

    the details, in our example we have set the Task Plan

    the day/time properties. In the example screenshot below, the task plan is set to run everyday at 1am.
