Note

If you use the same username and password to log in to several different applications, PhixFlow may be using a centralised authentication system. It is also possible that your administrator has not configured:

  • the option to reset your password 
  • your email address
  • the System Email Address that PhixFlow uses to send emails to your IT support team.

In these cases, or if you have any problems when changing or resetting your password, please contact your system administrator or your company's IT support team.

TipTo change reset your password, your account must already have:

  • an existing password
  • all three security question and answers set.

If you have problems resetting your password, contact your administrator for help.

Changing your Password

Depending on your company's password policy, you may need to change your password on a regular basis.

  1. When you are logged in to PhixFlow, in the header bar, click

     (in the top right of the PhixFlow window).
  2. Select Change Password


  3. Enter the following details.

    When you first accessed PhixFlow, you should have set up some security questions in

    Select one of your security questions.

    Answer

    Enter the answer to the selected security question.

    Ifr If you enter wrong answers several times, PhixFlow may lock your account. Your administrator will be able to unlock it.

    New PasswordEnter your new password.
    Confirm PasswordConfirmation your new password.


Note

Resetting Your Password When You Cannot Log In

Step 1  Request a New Password

To reset the password on your PhixFlow user account, click the Reset Password button on the login window. 

PhixFlow asks for your login name. Make sure you enter the correct name that you use to log into PhixFlow. PhixFlow will send you an email containing the link to your password reset page.

Step 2  Reset Your Password

As soon as you receive the email, click on the link to go to your password reset page.

Note

Your administrator may have set the link to expire.

Enter the following details.

Answer
