This page is for data modellers who want to display data in graphs and tables. 

Overview

PhixFlow can display any Table data from a table as a grid, pie chart, line chart or bar chart on GUI screens. This page will show you how to make a simple screen displaying a chart, for more information see Designing Screens.

Creating a screen

To create a screen

Click Screens in the top grey banner of PhixFlow to load a view of all the screens in your application

InfoCan't see this section? You might not be in an application. Load an application using Image Removed in the top left of the screen. Alternatively, go to the Screens section in the repository and click  Insert excerpt_add_addnopaneltrueClick  Insert excerpt_add_addnopaneltrue
  • Name the screen something sensible, e.g. Report Data
  • Select a template. If you are using Theme 2.1, select Tile no buttons

    • A screen has been created and should display immediately.

    Displaying data

    Once you have a screen created it is simple to add any data to it. To add data:

    Click  Insert excerpt_table_list_table_listnopaneltrue 
  • Drag and drop your desired table onto the screen
  • PhixFlow will then ask you how to display the data using:Image Removed
  • Click Grid 
  • The attribute picker should then appear. Drag and drop the attributes to display directly onto the grid.
