Sorting large amounts of data can take some time. To ensure that data is returned as quickly as possible, use filters to ensure that only the data you need is sorted. If checked, this specifies that all users can view this sort order by default (provided they have the basic privilege to view sort orders).

If this field is not checked, then access to the underlying data is controlled by dropping user groups onto the "User Groups" grid.

Note that the default setting for this field is controlled by the system parameter allowAccessToDataByDefault.

From PhixFlow version 11.3.2+, when applying a Sort Order to a View which contains a count() attribute, the count() performs aggregation on the records in the View. In this case, if an attribute that is not in the View is used within its Sort Order, it will be ignored.
