Overview
Here are the most common tasks when it comes to updating application properties. For a full list of editing options see This page explains how to change your application icon and the default components. For all of the options you can change for an application, see Application Properties.
Change Changing the

There are two places where PhixFlow displays an icon for the application:
- In the header bar when the application is loaded:

To select an alternative image, it must first be uploaded to the PhixFlow database; see Adding Images.
To change these icons:

. - In Application Icon Logo, select the desired image from the drop down.
This image should be held in your application. If you need to add an image see Adding Images.
Tip |
For the application icon it should - you want to use in the header bar.
When you click this logo, PhixFlow opens the application menu.

To change the icon which appears in the header bar and the application background:

- Open the application.
- Click Properties.
- In Application Logo select the desired image from the dropdown.
This image should be held in your application. If you need to add an image see Adding Images.

Change a ComponentDefault components are the components used to create specific types of object automatically. For example the template to use when we drag an attribute onto a screen to create a form field.
Open the application.Click Properties.In the Style tab.Navigate to the Default Components section.To change application to use default components from a different template package, click PhixFlow uses default components to automatically add a specific Form Field when you drag data onto a screen. For example, by dragging an attribute with a data type of string onto a screen PhixFlow adds a form field for a string.
When you create an application by selecting a Template Package, such as Serene Grey, all of the default components are set for you automatically based on this package.

Creating New Default Components
You can also create your own template components, see Making Template Components.
To change the styles for an existing component, see Screen Styling.Click on the default component heading, such as Date Component, and this will open the template ready to be edited.Note editing shared styles here will update all existing instance of this template, adding styles directly to the component will only impact items created after the style is added.Default Styles for Grids
In the same way, a template package sets the default components for your application, it also defines the styles used by the Grids/Tables in your application.
