User groups are used to define roles and restrict access to specified processes and data in PhixFlow.

If this is not ticked then any users with the privilege "Administer Users, User Groups and Roles" or "Add and Delete Users from a User Group" can add or remove users from this group.
If this is ticked then to add or remove users from the group requires either the privilege "Administer Users, User Groups and Roles" or the privilege "Add and Delete Users from a User Group" plus the user group must be added to the user group list in the Access Permission section.
