User Administration

This topic is for PhixFlow administrators who need to manage user accounts and privileges in PhixFlow. It provides links to all the pages related to configuring and managing users and their accounts.You can configure user access to PhixFlow:

using PhixFlow's own credentials system. This includes user accounts, user groups and privileges; see Managing the User List.
Users who belong to the Administrators user group can create, delete or update another users' credentials.
by integrating with your existing authentication system using:
- Active Directory
- SAML.

Integrating with your existing authentication system provides authentication only. If you also want to manage user access to the items and data in PhixFlow, you must map the Active Directory Groups to PhixFlow User Groups; see Configure Active Directory Integration.

To see a list of all the PhixFlow users, expand the Full Repository → Users. Users can request new passwords; see Password Reset.
