The 
Administration menu is on the right of the grey task bar at the bottom of the PhixFlow window.
The options that are available in the Administration menu depend upon your privileges. Administrators configure privileges in roles; see Managing User Groups and Privileges.
The menu has the following options:

| Open a browser window into PhixFlow's online support desk. Your designated support contacts will have login details. | |

| Import | Options for importing to the current instance. |

| Download Log File | Download log data in a zip file. Log Files PhixFlow asks you to specify the log file name(s) to download. You can use an asterisk * wildcard. Depending on your system configuration, downloading all log files may take some time and will produce a large (several GB) zip file. When the download is finished, PhixFlow reports that the file is ready. Click the notification to download the log file Download PhixFlow server side log files. The text box allows wildcard(*) filenames to be entered. All server side log files matching the expression will be returned in a single zipped archive. You can choose to open or save the downloaded zip file. |
| Publish Streams | Manually update the stream data tables in the PhixFlow database with all the current stream data. |
