Privileges represent logical actions in PhixFlow e.g. in order to modify a stream in any way, you just need the "Stream Modify" privilege.
Open the Privilege List
Open the Privilege list by clicking on the Privilege button ‘ ’on the left hand side of the main PhixFlow menu. Double click a Privilege to open up the Privilege form.
Users can not add or remove Privileges but can add Roles associated with the Privilege by dragging and dropping the Roles onto the Role list on this form.
Users can also configure whether the action associated with Privilege should be audited by checking or unchecking the “Audit this Action” checkbox as required.
Privilege icons on the Privilege list are coloured as follows:
- Red: Action Audited
- Yellow: Action not audited
