This page provides a table listing support for the third party applications that are required to run PhixFlow at major releases:

  • A database server
  • An application server
  • Java runtime environment
  • A web browser (on the client side)

The table below also includes information on any special upgrade instructions that you should be aware of when planning to migrate to a new version. While the upgrade process for PhixFlow itself is fast, please use the table below to determine if you need to plan with your IT department to upgrade any other software.

The following database versions will not be supported by major releases after 31st March 2018. If you are on one of these versions we recommend that you upgrade to a later version.

1 We support the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox. However, because both Chrome and Firefox continually upgrade, the versions tested at the time this page was published are listed here. Should you have any problems with the latest version of these browsers, please contact the PhixFlow support desk.
