If you have forgotten your password, this page explains how you can reset it.
If you use the same username and password to log in to several different applications, PhixFlow may be using a centralised authentication system. It is also possible that your administrator has configured PhixFlow:
- so that you do not have the option to reset your password
- without providing an email address for you
- without setting up a System Email Address that PhixFlow can use to send emails to your IT support team.
In these cases, or you have any problems when resetting your password, please contact your system administrator or company IT support team to reset your password.
To reset your password, your account must already have:
- an existing password
- all three security question and answers set.
If you have problems resetting your password, contact your administrator for help.
Step 1 Request a New Password
To reset the password on your PhixFlow user account, click the Reset Password button on the login window.
PhixFlow asks for your login name. Make sure you enter the correct name that you use to log into PhixFlow. PhixFlow will send you an email containing the link to your password reset page.
Step 2 Reset Your Password
As soon as you receive the email, click on the link to go to your password reset page.
Your administrator may have set the link to expire.
Enter the following details.

Select Question | When you first accessed PhixFlow, you should have set up some security questions, using the User Details → Security Questions tab. Select one of your security questions. |
Answer | Enter the answer to the selected security question. Ifr you enter wrong answers several times, PhixFlow may lock your account. Your administrator will be able to unlock it. |
New Password | Enter your new password. |
Confirm Password | Confirmation your new password. |
PhixFlow resets your user password and you should now be able to login.
