This page is for installers or application designers who want import additional packages provided for PhixFlow.
Overview
Template Packages supplied by PhixFlow only need to be installed when:
- PhixFlow is installed for the first time.
- the package has never been installed before.
PhixFlow provides additional palettes that you can use when designing an application, these are held on Template Packages. Each palette contains a set of template layouts that you can drag onto a screen to create forms and buttons with a consistent look-and-feel; see About Template Packages. For a demonstration that uses Template Package 1, see /wiki/spaces/HELP100/pages/9106736940. For information about using Template Package 2 (also known as Theme 2), see Using a Template Package and /wiki/spaces/HELP100/pages/9106726483.
When you install a package on an instance of PhixFlow, the files and data it contains overwrites any existing files with the same name. This means you could lose any changes or customisation you have made.
For theme palettes, we recommend they are only installed once.
