Function: trim()

Removes leading and trailing white spaces from a string, returning the cleansed string.

Syntax

trim(string)

ArgumentTypeDescription
stringStringThe string to be cleansed.

Examples

trim(" ABCDEF ")

Returns "ABCDEF".
