Return the (trigonometric) cosine function of an angle.

Syntax

cos(angle)

Argument	Type	Description
angle	Number	The angle in radians.

Examples

cos($degrees*pi/180)

Converts an angle in degrees to an angle in radians and returns the trigonometric cosine function of the result.
