Function: base64Encode()

Encodes a string containing bytes using base64

Syntax

base64Encode(value [format])

BASIC: standard base64 algorithm,
URL: Url safe variant,
MIME: Mime compatible.

Defaults to BASIC

base64Encode(in.value)

Returns the string "MjE0MzU=" where the attribute in.value contains a string "21435".
