Examining the Audit Log

By the end of this chapter you will be able to:

• View the Audit Summary in the Console
• View the Audit details for an individual object
• Order and filter the Audit Summary in the Console
• Export Audit details for an Audit record

Open the Console. Go to the Audit Summary tab. All configuration changes carried out by PhixFlow users are listed here.
Find the audit records for the model you built during the Introduction to Modelling course, or if you do not have this model, find the audit records for the Task Plan you created in exercise 1.
You can also access these Audit records from individual objects. Open the model you created during the Introduction to Modelling course, and open the configuration form for one of the objects on the model; or if you do not have this, open the configuration form for the Task Plan you created. Press the icon of a hand holding a pencil.
Wherever you see this icon in PhixFlow you can access the Audit records for that object.
Return to the Audit Summary tab of the Console. You can order and filter data on this view.
Double-click on an Audit record – the audit detail for this entry will pop up. Find the button Download to Excel. Press this to generate an export of the audit detail.
