Manually correct a record

Open the dashboard User Course: Fix Addresses/Postcodes. Select the entry with post code B9 17D. Press the button Update postcode.
Since there are two suggested corrections in NearPostCode one of them must be selected manually. From the values in NearPostCode select the value B9 1QD and paste this into PostCode. Update the PostCodeCorrect flag to Y. Press OK to save your changes.

Manually correct multiple records

Open the dashboard User Course: Investigate Unbilled Spend.
The data shows a set of accounts which are to be reviewed and, where appropriate, marked for further investigation:

• Select rows: Irina Kalentieva, David Dooley, Michael Hutch, Julie Manea, Sally Delaney
• Press the button Update investigation status on the banner of the data grid
• In the form that pops up, you will see that there is a button at the right-hand side of the data box. This means that this field is populated from a list – press the button to bring up the list.
• In the list of values, double-click on the line Investigate
• This will populate the field with the value you selected
• Press OK to save the update
• Now edit the remaining records to set the INVESTIGATION_STATUS to: Ignore (you may want to use a filter to select only these records first)
