Using linked views

Open the dashboard User Course: Debt Overview. This dashboard contains linked views – to help investigate why these customers have such a large outstanding debt. Find the driving view in this dashboard.

The driving view is a list of customers with outstanding debt (Customer Debt). These have been identified to draw attention to customers with large outstanding debt.

To investigate one of these cases, click on the entry with CustomerRef = CR220200. This has a debt of 56.78. Press the button Update the dashboard using the selected rows - . You will see the other two views in the dashboard update with relevant details for this customer – the invoices sent and payments received.
