When an Workflow Task is generated, a status can be assigned to it. This allows for the task to be tracked through the task management lifecycle as and when it`s status changes

| Type | Whether the Workflow Task Status is a new status or a completed one. |
| Display Colour | The colour that workflow tasks in this status will appear. |
| Order | The position the Workflow Task Status will appear in the status list. |
