Forms: User Task
If triggered, an User Transition creates a User Task. For each User Task, information is shown across a main Details tab, and optionally across tabs with an Error Message and the Error Message Details - these appear if an error has occurred when raising the task.
Form: User Task Details
The following fields are configured on the main form:
Field | Description |

Task Id | Read only: the Id assigned to the workflow task. |
Alarm Id | Read only: the Alarm Id that generated the workflow task. |
Created Date | Read only: the date the workflow task was created. |
Last Updated | Read only: the date on which any of the workflow task details were last updated. |
Completed | Read only: the date on which the workflow task was completed (null if not completed). |
Owner | The current owner of the user task. To change this, select a User or User Group from the drop-down list. |
Status | The current user task status. To change this, select a status from the drop-down list. |
Workflow | Read only: The Workflow model this task belongs to. |
Transition | Read only: the transition that generated the workflow task. |
Alarm Generator | Read only: the Alarm Generator that generated the Alarm that generated the workflow task. |

Notes | Notes supporting investigation and resolution of the alarm can be recorded through the Notes tab. |

Form Icons
The form provides the standard form icons as well as the following:
Resume workflow. This can be used if an error has occurred when raising this task, the underlying cause of the error has been resolved - and processing the workflow can be re-started. |

Shows the Alarm Generator details that generated the workflow task alarm. |

Shows the details of the alarm that generated the workflow task. |
|
Shows the user Transition that generated the workflow task. |
|
Shows the workflow model that generated the workflow task. |
Form: User Task Error Message
This tab will only appear if there has been an error when raising the task. This can happen if, for example, there is a problem when evaluating the expression on a Workflow Transition or an Arc Guard. The tab will, in this case, contain the error message.

List: User Task List
The User Task list shows all user tasks that have been generated in CenterView.
The User Task list can be ordered by pressing on the header bar of the column that you wish to sort by. To reverse the sort order, press the header bar again.
The User Task list can be filtered using the icon. Select an existing filter from the drop down list or create a new one to filter the list.
You can open the details of an individual user task by double clicking on a row.
Columns
The User Task List shows a subset of the fields defined on the User Task form above.
Context Menu
By right-clicking on an task in the task list, you will bring up the context menu. In addition to standard items in this menu, from a task list you can select the option to Resume Workflow. This can be used if there has been an error when raising the task, the underlying problem has been resolved - and you want to re-start the workflow.
