Measurements are defined in the Control Priority lists for controls and alarms.

Form: Measurement Details

Field	Description
Control	Read-only field, listing the control that the measure is attached to.
Measurement Date	Date measurement was taken.
Value	Value of measurement.
Notes	Field to store Notes about the measurement if required.

The form provides the standard form icons.
