Forms: User Transition

If triggered, a User Transition creates a User Task. Two key configuration features are:

Task Description Expression - allows the user to build a regular PhixFlow Expressions which will be used to create the task description. The expression may use any of the data available to the original Alarm Generator, e.g. keyword "_alarmDescription" can been used to simply create a task with a description that matches the original alarm description.
User assigned to the task - as with alarm assigment it is possible to create a list of users with associated expressions, the task is assigned to the first user with an expression which evaluates to true.

Form: User Transition Details

The following fields are configured on the Details tab:

Field	Description
Name	Name of the user transition.
Initial Task Status	The queue a task is placed on when this task triggers.
Form Layout View	Allows the user to specify a Stream View which will be used to display fields from the Workflow backing Stream for User Workflow Tasks generated by this User Transition. The Stream View also determines which Stream Actions can be used.
Task Description Expression	Allows the user to build a regular PhixFlow Expression which will be used to create the task description.

The following fields are configured through separate tabs on the form:

Field	Description
User Assignment	See the User Assignment Rule form. Using this form, it is possible to assign tasks to specific users using Expressions.
Description	Description of the user transition.

The form provides the standard form icons as well as the following:

	Shows the list of Users.
	Shows the list of User Groups.
	Adds a user assignment rule to the list. See the User Assignment Rule Details form.
	Deletes the selected user assignment rule from the list.
